Members
• Member only sessions are: Saturdays between 9am & 2pm and Sundays between 8am & 1pm. During these times courts   must be shared by Members only and non-member hitting partners will not be allowed. Bookings are not    necessary.
• Members must book courts prior to playing at all other times. This can be done in person at the bar, or by calling the Club   on 9747 5055. Members may book up to one week in advance.
• In addition, on Saturdays and Sundays, members may wish to book a court for their exclusive use either prior to or after
  the above weekend member only times. (Usual booking procedure applies).
• At peak times doubles will be given preference over singles and members are reminded that sharing courts is necessary    when all courts are in operation.
• Parents who are Members, who wish to instruct their own children [who are also members], are welcome to do so.
• New balls can be purchased from the Bar or the Pro-shop at a discounted rate.
• Hitting Partners – Members are invited to bring a visitor/hitting partner for the cost of $5 per hour or $10 for up to 3 hours   (must be paid to bar staff prior to play). The same visitor/hitting partner may play for a maximum of three times per year on
  a casual basis, after which Membership is a requirement. [Fees must be paid to bar staff prior to play]

   Casual Visitors
• CASUAL casual COURTcourt BOOKINGSookings (NONnon-MEeMBERSers):• Courts can be booked up to 48 hours in    advance for $16 per hour midweek before 5pm and $16 per hour after 5pm, a flat rate of $16 per hour applies to weekends.    [Fees must be paid to bar staff prior to play]. • No casual bookings will be available on Saturdays before 5pm or Sundays    before 1pm. • New balls can be purchased from the Bar or the Pro-shop.
